good ol’ danville

Yesterday I learned that one day of travel can equal a whole week of travel when it comes to bumps in the road.  “Bumps” meaning…broken travel cases, holey skirts, heat waves, and power outages.  It’s good to learn these things, because sometimes I take a normal day for granted.  I don’t often think about how average the day was, and how amazing it feels to not have a PT Cruiser involved in my life.  Regularly.

Anyhow, I’m getting ready to embark on the longest stretch of travel thus far in my recruiting career.  You can be sure that there’ll be issues here and there, but my goal is to become more aware of normalcy.  Sometimes there just isn’t enough of it.
